Medical Students
Medical students are sometimes attached to the practice for 2 – 3 weeks as part of their training. We will always make you aware if a student is with the GP you are booked to see. If you do not wish a student to be present during your consultation, please inform the receptionist.
Trainee Nurses
We are proud to work closely with Bournemouth University to support trainee Nurses in their student placements. Students can be with us for between 6 and 12 weeks. Our nursing team covers both community and practice care, so students get a chance to learn a number of skills during their time with us. If you would prefer not to have a student present during your care, please let the Nurse know.
